When you think of white fish the first species that comes to mind is cod. There are many different varieties that the Fin & Flounder has to offer that also pack the same or an even better flavour. What not try our Pollack, Pouting or even Coley as an alternative to cod? We all know that the UK has a love affair with cod, with its gleaming white boneless flaky flesh.
